Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Please bring the following items with you to your appointment:
- Your current glasses and/or contact lens boxes
- Your insurance card(s) if applicable
- A referral if required by your insurance
- A list of medications you are currently taking
During your exam, your eyes may need to be dilated. If you do not feel comfortable driving with your eyes dilated, please bring a driver with you to your exam. If you have an engagement following your exam, let us know and we will schedule your dilation on a different day. |
